Refund handling: When refund webhooks arrive, commissions are reversed automatically.
Stage 4: Automated Communication
Monthly performance emails: Automated reports sent to each affiliate showing their clicks, conversions, and earnings. Set up once, runs monthly.
Milestone notifications: Automated emails when affiliates hit milestones (first conversion, 10th conversion, $100 earned). Triggered by Insert Affiliate events.
Re-engagement sequences: Automated emails for affiliates inactive for 30, 60, or 90 days. Prompts them to return without manual outreach.
