Due to popular demand, the Enterprise Revenue Share plan now includes unlimited affiliates. Until now, every Enterprise plan on Insert Affiliate came with up to 100 affiliates. That was plenty for some teams, but the fastest-growing apps on the platform kept telling us the same thing: the cap made them hold back on recruiting, just as their programs were starting to work.
So we removed it. If you're on Enterprise with Revenue Share billing, you can now add as many affiliates as your program needs.
What's Changed
- Enterprise on Revenue Share: unlimited affiliates. No ceiling on how many affiliates, creators or referrers you can add.
- Existing Enterprise Revenue Share customers get it automatically. There's nothing to switch on and nothing to change in your billing.
- Fixed-price Enterprise is unchanged. The monthly and annual fixed-price Enterprise plans still include up to 100 affiliates.
- Starter and Growth are unchanged. Their affiliate limits stay exactly as they are today.
Everything else on Enterprise stays the same: unlimited apps, unlimited team members, Creator Discovery, custom branding, a custom domain for your links, advanced commission rules and a dedicated account manager.
Why We Made This Change
The answer comes down to how Revenue Share billing works. On a Revenue Share plan you pay a lower monthly base fee plus a percentage of the revenue your affiliates generate. We only earn more when your affiliates earn you more.
That makes a cap on the number of affiliates hard to justify. An affiliate who drives no sales costs you nothing extra on Revenue Share, and an affiliate who drives lots of sales is exactly who you want more of. Limiting headcount only got in the way of the outcome we both want, which is a bigger, healthier affiliate program.
It also matches how teams actually grow. Most programs follow a familiar curve: a handful of affiliates drive most of the early sales, and the next breakout creator is usually hiding somewhere in the long tail. You only find them by letting more people in.
How Revenue Share Billing Works
If you haven't used a Revenue Share plan before, here's the short version:
- A monthly base fee, lower than the matching fixed-price plan.
- A percentage of affiliate-tracked revenue, meaning purchases and renewals that Insert Affiliate attributes to one of your affiliates. Organic revenue is never included.
- If your affiliates generate nothing in a month, you pay only the base fee.
The percentage is added to your normal monthly invoice, and you can see what has accrued so far at any time on your Billing page. Our guide to Revenue Share billing walks through exactly what counts, with a worked example.
What You Can Do With Unlimited Affiliates
A higher ceiling changes what's practical. A few ideas:
- Open recruitment. Instead of hand-picking a small group, let any creator who fits your brand apply, and let the results show you who to back.
- Scale up creator outreach. Enterprise includes Creator Discovery, so you can search for creators across TikTok, Instagram and YouTube, shortlist them, and invite as many as you like.
- Turn your users into referrers. With in-app referrals, every user who refers a friend counts as an affiliate. On a capped plan that adds up fast. On Enterprise Revenue Share, it no longer matters.
- Run more campaigns at once. Seasonal pushes, new markets and new apps can each bring in their own group of affiliates without you having to remove anyone to make room.
Which Plan Is Right for You?
Both billing models still have their place:
- Fixed price suits teams who want a predictable bill each month and are comfortable with up to 100 affiliates.
- Revenue Share suits teams who want a lower upfront cost, prefer to pay as their affiliates earn, and want room to grow without a limit on affiliates.
You can compare both side by side on our pricing page. If you're on fixed-price Enterprise and want unlimited affiliates, get in touch and we'll help you move across.
