Running more than one app? You no longer need separate accounts for each. With multi-app support in Insert Affiliate, you can manage affiliate programs for all your apps from a single login.
Why Multi-App Accounts?
If you have multiple apps, products, or brands, keeping affiliate programs separate used to mean juggling different accounts or losing oversight. Multi-app accounts solve this by letting you:
- Run independent affiliate programs for each app, each with its own affiliates, commission rules, and analytics
- Switch between apps in seconds using the App Switcher in your dashboard header
- Keep everything under one login with no need for separate credentials or browser sessions
Whether you are a solo developer with two apps or a company scaling across multiple products, this feature keeps your affiliate operations organised without the overhead.
How It Works
Each app you add gets its own company ID, which means completely separate:
- Affiliates and commission structures — set different rates per app
- Transaction history and revenue analytics — track performance independently
- Settings and configuration — customise each app’s setup without affecting others
- SDK integration — each app connects with its own credentials
Your account ties everything together. Team members you invite also get access to all linked apps, so your whole team can collaborate across products.
Getting Started
Adding a new app takes seconds:
- Click the App Switcher dropdown in the top-right corner of your dashboard
- Click Add New App
- Enter a name for your app
- Click Create
You will be switched to the new app automatically. From there, set up your affiliates, configure commissions, and integrate the SDK just like you did with your first app.
To switch back, open the App Switcher and select any of your apps. Your current app is marked as “Active” so you always know which one you are managing.
Plan Availability
Multi-app support is available on Growth and Enterprise plans:

If you are on a Free or Starter plan, clicking “Add New App” will show an upgrade prompt with a direct link to the billing page where you can choose a plan that fits your needs.

What About My Existing App?
