Invite Your Team: Multi-User Access for Affiliate Management

As your affiliate programme grows, managing it alone becomes unsustainable. Your marketing team needs to review affiliate performance. Finance needs to process payouts. Support needs to answer affiliate questions. But sharing a single login is messy and insecure.

Insert Affiliate's Team Members feature lets you invite colleagues to your account so they can help manage your programme.



Why Team Access Matters

Scale Your Operations

One person managing 5 affiliates is fine. One person managing 50 is a bottleneck. Team access lets you distribute the workload across your organisation.

Maintain Security

Instead of sharing your admin password, invite team members with their own credentials. Each person has their own login and their own session — no more shared accounts.

Improve Response Times

When multiple team members can review applications, answer messages, and process payouts, affiliates get faster responses — which keeps them happy and productive.



How It Works

Inviting Team Members

  1. Go to Settings in your dashboard
  2. Navigate to Team Members
  3. Enter the email address of the person you want to invite
  4. They receive an email invitation to join your account
  5. Once accepted, they have full access to your company dashboard

Roles

Team members have one of two roles:

  • Owner — The original account creator. Full access to everything, including billing and settings. There is one owner per account.
  • Admin — Invited team members. Full access to manage affiliates, view reports, process payouts, and update settings.

Every invited team member gets full admin access, so you can trust your team to take action across the entire dashboard.



Team Member Limits by Plan

The number of team members you can invite depends on your plan:

  • Free — 1 (owner only)
  • Starter — 2 total (owner + 1 team member)
  • Growth — 5 total (owner + 4 team members)
  • Enterprise — Unlimited team members

You can upgrade your plan at any time from Billing to add more seats.



Managing Your Team

Pending Invitations

If a team member has not yet accepted their invitation, you can resend or cancel it from the Team Members section in Settings.

Removing Team Members

If someone leaves your team or changes role, you can remove their access instantly. They will no longer be able to log in to your company dashboard.



Who Should You Invite?

Marketing Team

They can monitor affiliate performance, review applications, and coordinate campaigns.

Finance Team

They can review commission calculations and process payouts.

Customer Support

They can respond to affiliate queries and troubleshoot issues directly from the dashboard.

Co-founders and Executives

They get full visibility into programme metrics and can take action when needed.



Best Practices

  • Use individual accounts — Never share credentials between team members
  • Review team members regularly — Remove access when people leave the team
  • Keep at least two people with access — Ensure you are never locked out if one person is unavailable
